Filter
Listing Permissions
Since 6.0.0

You need to have a working knowledge of Hooks before you get started.

Fires when checking if metadata fields should be shown in listing forms

Parameters

Name Type Description
$canChangeMetadata bool Whether the user can modify metadata (managers and users in metadata-enabled groups by default)
$user \JReviews\App\Models\User The user attempting to modify metadata
$listing \JReviews\App\Models\Listing The listing whose metadata is being modified

Boilerplate Code

Use the boilerplate code to start using the filter, and add your own logic to modify the first argument and return it.

fwd_add_filter('jreviews:permission:listing.modify_metadata_fields', function($canChangeMetadata, $user, $listing)
{
    // Your code here

    return $canChangeMetadata;
});
