Amazing Product, Amazing Support

It's obvious from the get go, that jReviews is one of the most popular, well written Joomla components out there...

But where it really stands out, is the level of dedication from Alejandro in supporting his product. In one day, I got 6 responses from him while we worked through a problem, that he easily could have refused as being outside of normal support for his product. My first response was at 8:30 A.M. until the final, problem solving response at 10:30 P.M. All that, in one day!

I've used other products from other developers, who have whole support departments. None of them has ever demonstrated the patience, speed, and accuracy of this developer. Absolutely fantastic product.
