The service I receive with JReviews is so incredible and reliable it is almost like having one of the developers sitting in your living room. Everytime I submit a ticket I receive lighting fast responses. I also appreciate the way their techs talk to you like a normal person, and don't treat you as if you are stupid. They show extreme amounts of patience and work with you until the problem is solved, even going as far as to logging into your site and fixing it personally if the problem still can't be fixed through their guidance. They answer my questions and help me on a round the clock basis, and have never failed at solving any issues that come up, which are always just a lack of knowledge on my part.
