As the third developer on a project that has stalled for over a year, I came into it not knowing anything about JReviews. To be honest, I still do not know how to fully utilize all of the features. I had a deadline and a site that was a disaster full of hacked templates and mysterious settings. I needed to get this site up and running before March 17 because the owner is planning an email blast to 20,000 users.

The site was slow on a shared hosting plan at godaddy, so I moved it to a dedicated server and now it flies. It loads in 1.7 seconds. I then had to attack the templates. The developers that preceded me made quite a mess. After fiddling around with it for about a week, I finally gave up and started with fresh templates.

I had some javascript conflicts and Alejandro and Kristian were all over it. They guided me through and even logged into the backend to assist me. All in all. I enlisted their assistance in about 4 issues that were crippling the site.

Considering the fact that the license was purchased over a year ago and previous developers had hacked up the site, I really did not expect much in the way of support from the developers. I was pleasantly surprised and am still am very pleased at their response and assistance rendered.

If I am ever asked to create a directory / review site again, I will insist the client use this component. Not only does it have more features than anything out there (multiple criteria ratings comes to mind), the developers are top notch and willing to help.

...It's loaded with features that leave other directories / reviews site out there look boring...

...The flexibility, the quality of the code, the CCK features and the ease of use make this component a must have for many types of websites you may need to build...

...Now don't get me started on he support...It's simply incredible, never got a top quality / dedicated support like that from any component provider, EVER...

...So yes, I highly recommend JReviews, it's not a expense but a investment...

When I downloaded the trial version I was pleased to see so many features. I had been looking for a review component but there was nothing I liked. This is a full-feature solution to every review website. The support is very neat, mostly within 1 hour respons. Thank you for a tool which is perfect for my needs.

Over 5 years ago I've bought my JReviews license. Even then it was already an excellent product with awesome support from Alejandro.

I am using it until now and nothing changed, except it became only better.

I just needed to take a minute to thank Alejandro on the support team. I am not the webmaster for my site, and when I had to delve into that end of it when NiceInNewYork shut down it was Alejandro who got it back up and running. He went above and beyond, and answered questions and solved problems for me in an incredible timely manner. Since I don't know how to work the backend of the site, I really couldn't have done it without him. Thank you Alejandro!!! Your support and service is commendable!

Well, where do I start, I could write a thousand reasons why JReviews is the leader of the Joomla directory components. I've only been using Jreviews for a few weeks and it has blown me away at how quick I can construct a comprehensive directory. I've tried sobi and other Joomla directories over the years and Jreviews are at the top of their game. It's intuitive, easy to use, very well designed and most of all the application possibilities are endless. It's worth every penny and more. It's not very often I review components, so IMO that's an endorsement in its own right. Well done guys keep up the great work.

I am suprised that you always find room for improvement in every update. Every update offers new features to make jreviews more powerful. I normally dont extend subscription plans, but for jreviews it´s worth every penny. Because jreviews team really work on this software and you regularly offer great enhancements. If I compare the jreviews version that I bought in the beginning with the latest jreviews version, you can say, thats nearly a new product... I would recommend this product to my friends.

I am still astonished by how versatile this Joomla reviews component is in helping me achieve things that I previously thought were impossible. JReviews is flexible, easy to learn, and extremely customizable. And if that doesn't sell you then their superb support will. I've had several issues with my site and without much delay, JReviews has come to the rescue. Highly recommended.

This component has very vast functionality which is limited only by one's own abilities. Every time i explore the admin section of this component, i find amazing capabilities that i are yet to be exploited. It contains almost all the functionalities that a "Review" site should have and everything is so easy to run and configure. I never found it short of any feature, rather you will find it very flexible, customizable and user friendly component.

It would be quite injustice with this testimonial if i don't mention the "Support". The response is immediate and quite detailed. Indeed, this is the Best Spent Money of my life and i would recommend buying this component to every serious person who plans to build a directory of products, places, persons or almost anything in the world.

I initially bought Jreviews a little hesitantly, worried because I had very specific needs and I knew that I would have to customize it to make it work for me. I, as a beginner website developer desperately wanted this to work for me, and with the help from the support team it has for-filled my my every hope. The product is AMAZING "right outta the box" and I will probably look for ways to use it on other sites. The support that I received for my specific requests though was truly patient and beyond what I deserved really :P I asked alot!! I could not thank them enough.. I know I must have been annoying them in the end, but they always were fantastic! They have helped make a dream of mine come true, creating my website, and hopefully it will be a success. It could not have been done with out them. Jreveiws is so fantastic and the support is even better! Nobody could ask for more!

I´m very pleased with your component and it works like a charm. Almost one update per week to improving the component and eliminating small bugs. Your support is friendly, fast and professional. Documentations is excellent either explained in videos or in manuals. I can recommend it to all users who wants to create a review site or guide on his joomla site. This component is worth each cent!!

I had some problems at the beginning but the support fixed them very fast. So my module is running perfect.

The best product I have seen till now. The product gives you ample flexibility to do things in your own way. Without JReviews, it would have been very difficult for us to achieve our requirements.
